世界建築節（World Architecture Festival，簡稱 WAF）創立於 2008 年，是全球最具指標性的建築類國際獎項與設計盛會之一。 WAF 不僅是一項競賽，更是一場全球建築業者齊聚的交流論壇與展示平台，吸引來自世界各地的建築師、設計師與開發商。
其最大特色為所有最終入圍者須親赴現場，向國際評審團現場公開簡報與面談，強調設計思維與表達能力，使評選過程高度透明並具即時互動性，競爭極為激烈。
WAF 評選類別橫跨建築、景觀、室內與未來概念設計，重視創新、社會影響與永續價值，致力於提升全球建築實踐的能見度與討論深度。活動期間並與世界室內設計節（INSIDE）同期舉行，深化建築與室內設計的跨領域對話。
提交資格
提交的項目數量沒有限制，但所有已完成的建築、景觀和室內項目必須在 2024 年 1 月 1 日至 2025 年 6 月 1 日之間完成。
由於比賽採現場公開簡報制，如有任何作品入圍，兩名代表將必須購買門票參加 2025 年 11 月 12 日至 14 日於美國邁阿密的評選會場簡報介紹投稿作品。
獎項特點 & 獲獎禮遇
WAF 為全球唯一現場評審、公開簡報的國際建築大獎。
入圍者需親赴現場參與決選，並有機會角逐年度世界建築大獎（World Building of the Year）。除此之外， WAF 另同場加映子獎項如特別獎（Special Prizes）、WAFX 創新提案獎、WAF 室內設計獎（WAF Interiors）等。
獲獎者不僅會獲頒實體獎盃，其作品將於官網與社群平台廣泛曝光，獲得官方公關方案大力推廣，專案將永久列入世界建築名錄，還有機會登上 CNN、半島電視台、BBC、紐約時報等知名媒體揚名國際。
